Ticket Information view
Hello, does anyone know how to edit the Ticket Information view (right hand side) to show more fields from the ticket?
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

For each screen that you'd like to show the field, go to the appropriate section in SysConfig and enable the field.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
Please edit your signature to include your OTRS version, Operating System, and database type.
