hi experts!
while clicking(viewing) on attachment in te customer.pl i got "No Permission to use this frontend module " error.
i have attatched snapshot of error. plz help me resolve this isse while downloading attatchment.

What does System Log say?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

faq module is installed in Server.till last week it was running smoothly.But suddenly i am getting this type of error.I used rebuild config.pm also setpermissions.pl...but it didnt work forme...Plz suggest on urgent basis.this error occuring in Customer panel.

Look inside sysonfig: FAQ -> Frontend::Public::ModuleRegistration
Under PublicFrontend::Module###PublicFAQSearch there should be no entries specified for Group or Group RO.
