Help in OTRS after installation

Hello,

I need a help with otrs after instalatation, whe I create a new agent, when this new agent try a connetion to otrs he cant to create a new ticket by email, because the field row is empty, and this field is required for continue.

did you assign permissions via groups or roles? please read the admin manual first
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
