Hi all,

We have problems with our OTRS system, better to say with SQL.
I'm not a SQL profi , it would be good if I have a simple solution!

if someone wants to create a new ticket, you get the error message: "Duplicate entry '22172 'for key 1, SQL:' INSERT INTO article"

can someone help me?

your database seems to be broken. Did you have a crash due to a full disk?
