Change state in ITSM Changes module

"Dear all,

I would like to manually change the state of a workorder within the change-management.

So far I figured out that manually changing the state of a workorder can be done in "Report".

My ITSM::ChangeManagement::WorkOrder::State: shows following states:
START
Created
Accepted
Ready
In Progress
Closed
Canceled

Within the "Report" of a workorder only following states are selectable:
Accepted
Ready
Canceled

I did not find any possibility to configure that all states are shown in the "Report" of a workorder

Is there a possibility to show all states in the "Report"?"

it is an old question from this site and i'm facing it too, so is there anyone solved this before? or any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks

there is a state machine, so you need to follow the state flow. Please read the ITSM manual as this is described there
