Hi,
I am having difficulty trying to configure the Mail filter. I have configured my OTRS to receive incoming emails from Gmail. I have also configured a mail filter to filter incoming emails with Subject equals "Service Request" and move it to a particular queue. But the emails are still going to the "raw" queue. Did I left out something to set ?
