Hi All,
I am New to OTRS... I installed 1.3.3 version (OTRS- Help desk) and Try to install FAQ version FAQ1.3.3opm (From otrs ftp) in OTRS from Admin> Package manager .
It gives me following error
Error Message: Sorry, can't install/upgrade package, because the framework version required by[..]
Can any one help me !

why in the world did you start with 1.3?
Begin with 3.1.latest and ask the question again.

You should refresh your packages from the left side and install from there.
