Can OTRS subscribe to other OTRS instances?

Hi.

I have a number of separate teams that are responsible to me. I would like to create separate OTRS installs for each group, and then for usability purposes, have one master OTRS instance pull/push tickets to each of the child nodes.

The general idea would be that I as the manager could have one large list of queues that contain data of all of the OTRS team instances to make managing different groups easier.

Is this possible?

I have researched the topic and it seems that the answer is no, but need to confirm here with other users.

use different SystemIDs and it'll help, though you might find it easier just to assign each team a group and queue.
