Hi all,
I have problem with my OTRS (current use OTRS 3.0.10).
Normally, when the user send an email to helpdesk@mydomain.com, OTRS will reply automatically an email with ticket number. But yesterday, It returned an email with ticket number was closed before. I already check in log file but can not find any row talk about OTRS fetch that email. Dose anybody have same issue? please help me.
