Hi,
I am working on configuring an OTRS helpdesk for my employers. We are using 3.1.6 with ITSM module. One of the requirements is to be able to search for tickets within those listed as linked with a piece of hardware.
In AgentITSMConfigItemZoom I see a section called Linked: Ticket. I would like to be able to search within this list of tickets.
Any help on this issue would be appreciated.
