Agent Email Interface

Hi,

I have installed the OTRS AgentEmailInterface package.
In sysconfig options PostMaster::PreFilterModule###999-AgentEmailInterface in the text box "AgentInterfaceAddress" I wrote my e-mail adress: pomocne@softwaretudio.com.pl.

My system sender adress in Framework -> Core -> NotificationSenderEmail is : pomocne@softwaretudio.com.pl.

When I try to respond to the notification via my e-mail acount (idziaszek_adm@softwaretudio.com.pl) I get a return message:

Sorry, AgentEmail rejected no valid agent sender address!

I would like to know why?

the adress you are using to send emails to OTRS must be stored as agent email address

I have create agent in OTRS panel, and this is my agent e-mail adress: idziaszek_adm@softwaretudio.com.pl.
Can you tell me exactly where I have to enter my e-mail?
