Hi everyone, first time posting.
We just deployed OTRS 3.1.10 in-house for internal ticketing, though the higherups are simply elated to roll out customer front end. We have locked our system down to our subnet (public space range unfortunately) and I am looking to see if anyone has answers to the following question:
I would like to redirect users to a default error page explaining why they cannot access our site and how to remedy it, either call us if on our image or follow xyz steps if your own device. This error message would redirect if they are using BELOW a certain version of either Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Has anyone encountered a solution to something like this for OTRS? It would be great to have a set of items in sysconfig:core that would enable default minimum browser versions, or something similar.
Forgive me if this was posted prior, I searched for strings such as 'Block IE' 'block internet explorer' etc etc. Thanks!

Re: Block Specific Versions of IE with Message page
OTRS won't allow to old browser per default. Please also note that agent and customer frontend are using different versions. Customer frontend will also work with older versions
