multi level services
I'm setting up a help desk for a school board and we have about 600 HW items. We have different services and I need a structure to differentiate the services by group and subgroup. I asked a company for the price for the Multi Level service which Add on will solve the problem but it is to expensive for our organisation. Cam anyone help me how to configure the OTRS system with Sysconfig. I will apreciate that very much. Tank you karryho
