Change Initiator and how to add/edit recipients for Change

Hello,

Q-1) I can see Change Initiator as part of Change managment workflow, but there is not way i can assign change/work order to change initiator. There is also no option to add Change Initiator in INVOLVED PERSONS tab. Please let me know how we can involve change intiator in change managment.

Q-2) I want to add/Edit recipients for Change Managment Notification module under ADMIN. For an Example when new change requested i would like to send notification to all not just people related to change. Even if you try to add new change managment notification rule recipients list is same and you can not edit or remove them.

Q-3) Read only(ro) permission is sufficient to receive Change notifications? or where we can defind these permissions?
