The OTRS SAP connector

Hello,

has anyone experiences with the OTRS SAP connector?

We intend to synchronize transactions between our SAP Solution Manager 7.1 service desk and OTRS help desk 3.1 via OTRS SAP connector and web service API.

The SAP connector is a Feature Addon. If you want to use this you will get help from OTRS who will (hopefully ) provide better information than this forum. FYI, it will take them a few days to configure this addon for you (depends on your SolMan).

No, I don't have in in Prod. We use SolMan for a long time and only recently OTRS so in the near future I suspect I will implement it.
