Costumers only seeing calls

We are using ORTS 3.0.10

We would like to see all open/closed tickets for a certain customer, say example customer1 has had 46 calls logged.

How would we view all tickets for just this one customer?

search and save a search
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
