Can I copy an email address in the CC field by default?

Hi,

I want to copy some email addresses by default when a TT is created, but I need that this email addresses are copied in the CC field and Not in CCO.
Can you help me please?

This is my case ... In Adminitration - Configuration System - Framework - Core::Sendmail, in the Sendmail Bcc field, I can send all outgoing emails to an specific email address. But i need send all outgoing emails in the cc field and Not in Bcc.

as I said use notification (event) for sending these kind of mails. There is no possibility for a fixed CC on outgoing mails
