Dropdown Lists

Hi All,

How can I get proper drop-down list in AgentTicketResponsible.dtl and AgentTicketOwner.dtl templates. I am trying to have the same type of drop-down as in the AgentTicketPhone.dtl template in order to save on screen space and reduce the amount of scrolling when filling these 2 forms. Perhaps by changing the AgentTicketActionCommon.dtl so as to have the same style of drop-down across all templates.
