Hi,
I have OTRS 3.0.10 installed on a virtual server with Windows server as platform. I'm planning to install the new version of OTRS in another new server. I would like to know how to take the backup of the DB file and how to restore that file to the new OTRS installation.
If possible, how to migrate the exiting DB from one server to new server (new OTRS installation)?
Pls help me.

copy your backup to the other platform and restore it.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
