I can't access "FAQ" aka "Knowledge Base" on my OTRS

So the previous Sys Admin was the one who done the installation. I finished it by syncing LDAP and etc. Works perfect. What I want now is a knowledge base the FAQ option. I noticed on the demo there was a FAQ button which I don't have on my OTRS. Am I missing something?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
