Hello, in the body of our tickets, we are seeing them as plain text which is what we want. The setting in the sysconfig is set to the default which is 'yes'. SysConfig-Ticket-Ticket Core->Postmaster->PostmasterAutoHTML2Text
For one of our agents, he is seeing his ticket body as rich text which shows the font, formatting, etc. I checked his account settings and it is the same as everyone else's. Any ideas to change this so that he sees just plain text also?

Turns out that one agent is using Google Chrome. Using IE is okay.
