uninitialized value $ServiceID in AgentTicketActionCommon.pm

I sometimes receive a notification of clients that mails send by otrs-agents are not received.
When I look at the ticket, the message is there but apparently not send to the customer.

When I check my apache logs arount the time of the message I see the following:

[Wed Oct  3 10:27:50 2012] -e: Use of uninitialized value $ServiceID in hash element at C:/PROGRA~1/OTRS/OTRS//Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketActionCommon.pm line 842.
In the OTRS log I cannot see any line about the message send.

Where is this going wrong??
