Lost your password not visible in customer portal
After enabling lost your password in sysconfig i am not able to find Lost your password and it is not visible in customer portal, but it is available in agent portal and i am using domain active directory auth for customer login. Please suggest me.

That's read-only, and not feasible for someone to retrieve/reset AD password through a third party website.vinesh wrote: i am using domain active directory auth for customer login
Summary: It can't be done as you request.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

crythias : sorry to question you on the same, from agent portal i can get lost password reset option and it works for me to login after reset too, but why the same cannot be implemented on customer portal.
