salutation tag

Hi, I am looking at salutation tags. I see a list, such as - <OTRS_TICKET_*>

Can I extract something from the body of the email into a salutation tag? For instance, in the body of the email, all of our customers use a form so are given some fields First name:, Last name:

Can I make a tag that uses between operator, something like: <otrs_ticket_body between 'First name:' and 'Last name: '>
