Hallo Leute,
mich würde mal interessieren welche Aktionen beim das OTRS den Ablauf der Reaktionszeit unterbrechen. Also welche Aktion muss ich machen damit die Reaktionszeit nicht abläuft. Notiz? Oder Besitzer übergeben?
