Link two different OTRS Systems
Hi, I want to link two different OTRSs, but I've no idea to do this job. For example, I need to give the possibility to a customer of a company A (which already have OTRS) to forward a ticket from her OTRS system to my system and manage her ticket with my system. Then send a reponse from my system to her system (as in figure).

One of your systems needs a different SystemID than the other.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Yes, it is. In OTRS in company A is different from OTRS' in company B, so they have different SystemIDs.crythias wrote:One of your systems needs a different SystemID than the other.

Re: Link two different OTRS Systems
You may not get system to system responses/autoresponses because of loop checks, though.
Think about what would happen if you had a "Thank you for your followup" autoresponse on queues in both systems, where the thank you for followup generated a "Thank you for followup autoresponse" in the other Queue which would ...
