[SOLVED]Sending email on New tickets : Email/web

I have looked at all the settings and configured to my best knowledge all the notifications. I can get the forgot password email but when my users submit an email or a web ticket they do not get an email stating thank you and ticket #. any help would be greatly appreciated.

you need to configure an auto reply. Please also read the admin docs (http://doc.otrs.org)

I have read the manual and my reply on new ticket is setup. when i recieve an email the customer does not get a reply nor is there is a new user created.

If there is a few pages in the manual ( i downloaded the Admin one) plewase point me to the section or page number.

AutoReply is set per queue.
Customers don't get auto created just because they send an email.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
Please edit your signature to include your OTRS version, Operating System, and database type.

Ok I have added it to the queue and all looks right. I send in an email I still do not get anything.

The customer was created and then removed. (Gasp! Back end manipulation) to avail no reply.


Any way to get account created from email if they never log in?
