When searching for a FAQ from the the New Phone Ticket page, results are displayed as expected. However, when I click on one of the results, I get a Not Found error:
I don't see this if I explore articles and then click on one...it opens the FAQZoom view as expected. When exploring, each FAQ entry has a link poinging to ...?Action=AgentFAQZoom;ItemID=10;Nav=None...FAQ search results have no link....and so they return a not found error when clicking on them instead of zooming in.The requested URL /otrs/undefined was not found on this server.
Repro:
1. Open New Phone ticket
2. Click on FAQ link
3. Search for FAQ
4. Click on one of the search results
5. Not Found error (instead of showing FAQ Zoom View)
