Hi,
we use the iphone app on a regular basis (especially our directors, managers).
I wonder why I cant see all queues under "Queue View", although my account has admin rights and write permissions on all queues and in my personal settings all queues are highlighted.
I can only see the 2-3 queues where I have tickets assigned (we have about 20 queues in operation).
Does anybody whats the logic behind this app? Is it possible to display all queues so someone can browse the queues?

Queue View only show Queues with unlocked tickets where you have rw permissions
