Display Time Ticket has spent in each queue

Hello;
how can i set otrs to display the time a ticket has spent in a particular queue
from the time it has entered a particular queue to the time it left to another queue .

You can't set it from SysConfig. You must create script which select this data from ticket history uses this criteria

You might want to take a look at this post for hints: viewtopic.php?f=53&t=14242#p66932 and adjust for queue /queueupdate instead of state
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
