Hello,
I have successfully set up S/MIME and have imported all the certificates from AD to OTRS but I've hit the following issue.
When I try to reply to a few customers, OTRS can't find the certificate for the customer. I've pinpointed the issue to the email address of specific customers having both capital and small letters while the certificate has only small letters.
Is it possible somehow to overcome this issue and treat the email address as having only small letters?
