Customer notifications for company ticket

Hello,
how can I enable notifications for all company users when there is update to company ticket.
I am using customers as user1, user2. ..., all of them have the same customerID.

Currently if user1 creates ticket, all the notifications go to user1 only. Even if user2 has answered meanwhile.
Basically I would like to spam all users in company that their ticket has updated.

Have the company ticket's customer be a distribution list.

I hope there is better solution than distribution list.

Really? Because I'd ask the customer to provide me a distribution list email address that they manage who gets these notifications and therefore I don't have to.
