Hi!
I have a small problem. I need to do an dynamic field (drop-down menu) for specific queue. For an example: I have an queue "workers" and I need specific dynamic field "kats" only for tickets in this queue.
How should I do it with ACL?
acl DynamicField per queue

You can't do it through ACL

Whats happened with this templates after otrs upgrade?

If you modify "Standard", and you upgrade/update otrs, Standard will be overwritten. If you make your own theme (see the docs) your own theme won't be overwritten.palcic wrote:Whats happened with this templates after otrs upgrade?

That's not good. 
We have many queues and we need some categorizations only per queue. I thought that the best solution is a dynamic-field with drop down menu. Do you know some other solution for my problem?
