Hello,

i want OTRS to send's me an E-Mail if a Ticket doesn't get an answer within 30 min at office hours and again (genally) after 1 day.
How to Manage this?

use escalations based on Queues and/or SLAs
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
