add textarea (i.e. Comment) in add customer-CUSTOMER MANAGE

Hi all, when add a new customer I would like to add a textarea (i.e. Comment) . I see "http://doc.otrs.org/3.1/en/html/custome ... omer-table" but the new fileds are only "input text"or "dropdown".
