Hi,

We have this error on the log.

when there are errors inserting in Oracle Database, OTRS is not handling exception, OTRS is not showing warnings about the problem, the user believes that the ticket was created and OTRS do not reverse the sequence number of the ticket, presenting jumps in the ticket numbering
