Hi Didn you find something?
We have tha same problem its the second time and like the other time along with this error we cant send any email
using OTRS

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Hi crythias , im not sure if its irrelevant

This problem happen sudently, otrs work fine for month then sudently I receive the Can't connect to: http://otrs.org/product.xml error message

then in the packet manager the depot is empty

and if you try to respond to a ticket you receive the error message Backend ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl

Also if I try to manualy fetch the email in the administration section I receive the same error cant connect

The last time I think that i clear the cache, then rebuilt otrs but it 8 month ago so I dont remember

so I will try to rebuilt it from the RPM since we cannot respond to the customer

This would be a problem your clients have connecting to http://otrs.org/product.xml. Maybe that's a firewall issue, but it's something that is being blocked .. it wouldn't evidence itself as:

That's a different issue. In this case, it's an email address that has a comma ... check this thread: viewtopic.php?t=16958&p=65663

rpm -ivh --force otrs-3.1.11-01.noarch.rpm fixed the problem

why I dont know but now i can fetch manualy all email account, reply to any ticket and in the package manager I have the miror sites

and i also dont have the Can't connect to: http://otrs.org/product.xml error message again

So maybe something get corrupted somewhere who know
