I've installed OTRS 3.1.9 on Windows and setup all mail accounts ( server based on exchange 2007).
Both imaptls and smtptls. Works great!
Few times I run manualty fetching mail, and goes without problem.
After I can see message "Finished".
So I try to register new tickets using mail. About 10-15 goes without problem, but after ...... OTRS still fetch one mail - round and round register the same message.
Efect: one ticket is registered few times and new still waiting. I login using OWA and i can see new messages.
Trying get message manualy... click "fetch mail" and.... i see white/blank page! Strange...
But this broken/hanged up message is still registering.
Of course i restart all services and server. No improve.
I thought somthing wrong with config. I reinstall OTRS and make a test once more. Still the same problem.
It looks like OTRS can't delete the oldest message so can't fetch new.
Someone can help?

Does the SystemLog indicate any problems?
