AJAX-Fehler

Hallo liebe Mitmenschen,

ich kenne mich nicht sonderlich gut mit Linux aus und habe auch noch nie OTRS installiert.
Darum habe ich mir das Aktuelle openSUSE 12.2 Gnome auf eine virtuelle Maschine installiert und OTRS 3.1.11 mithilfe dieser Anleitung http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5oW14s5vRs8 . Jedoch komme ich bei Minute 6 und 11 Sekunden nicht mehr weiter: "Error during AJAX communication" meldet er mir, nachdem ich auf "Datenbankeinstellungen prüfen" geklickt habe.

Ich frage mich nur, was da los mit den Weibas?

Über eure Hilfe freue ich mich natürlich!

Ich gehe gerade nach der Anleitung und bleibe schon wieder hängen, bei diesem Punkt.

The last step to prepare the installation of OTRS is to set the proper access rights for the files. You can use the script otrs.SetPermissions.pl, which is located in the bin directory, in the home directory of the 'otrs' user. You can execute the script with the following parameters:

otrs.SetPermissions.pl { Home directory of the OTRS user } { --otrs-user= OTRS user } { --web-user= Web server user } [ --otrs-group= Group of the OTRS user ] [ --web-group= Group of the web server user ]

If your web server is running with the same user rights as user 'otrs', the command to set the proper access rights is otrs.SetPermissions.pl /opt/otrs --otrs-user=otrs --web-user=otrs. On SUSE systems the web server is running with the user rights of 'wwwrun'. On Debian-based systems this is 'www-data'. You would use the command otrs.SetPermissions.pl /opt/otrs --otrs-user=otrs --web-user=wwwrun --otrs-group=nogroup --web-group=www to set the proper access rights.

Jetzt habe ich folgendes Eingegeben (Ich nutze UBUNTU 12.10):

Du kannst Befehle als root nur mit kompletter Pfadangabe also z.B. ./otrs.SetPermissions.pl wenn Du im bin Verzeichnis stehst ausführen

Hallelulja, das Buch ist ja günstig. Ich habe es nun hinbekommen.

Ich bin gerade im Admincenter und versuche über Agent Managment einen neuen Agent anzulegen. Weshalb muss ich dort eine gültige E-Mail-Adresse angeben?

Er sagt nämlich "DNS problem, please check your configuration and error log.". Warum ist dieses Feld pflicht?

je nach Anwendungfall gibt s verschiedene Dienstleister und Größen von gemanagten OTRS Systemen. Da ist von 1 bis zu mehreren hundert Agenten was dabei ohne sich die Administration eines drunterliegenden Servers ans Bein zu müssen.

Auf jeden Fall habe ich soweit einige Dinge schon eingerichtet. Was mich allerdings wundert, dass ich wärend der Erstellung eines Tickets keinen Besitzer auswählen kann. Wenn es angelegt ist, allerdings schon, muss man das verstehen?

Hast Du schon mal auf das Symbol hinter der Besitzerliste geklickt, wenn Du ein Ticket erstellst? (Nachdem die Queue ausgewählt wurde) In dieser Liste werden nur die Personen angezeigt, die diese Queue unter "Meine Queues" aktiviert haben.

Also so dumm bin ich auch nicht . Ich habe einfach nur keine Erfahrung mit OTRS und Linux.
Nachdem ich den Server neugestartet habe, tauchten in der Liste die Namen auf, vorher nicht.
