I'm new to OTRS. Could you please let me know how to start "OTRS Service Start". When i click on, it is closing itself. It is not running.
Please help me.

I guess you are using windows. The script will start the cron for windows daemon, database and apache. so these services will be shown in your windows service overview

I am not getting the notifications to my corporate mail id when i have raised a new ticket. New tickets are showing in OTRS, but am not getting the email notification.
Can you help me on e-mail configuraion. How i can configure my corporate mail id in OTRS.
