(SOLVED) Include images from the ticket in the email notify?

Hi all,

the new ticket email notification doesn't include images that were embedded within the ticket during creation.

Is it possible to reconfigure this?

In fact I'm guessing the mail includes only plain text as any HTML formatting is lost.

Again is there any way to change this?

only via article create event based notifications (which will send all created articles to you)

You mean I would need to cancel all the standard notifications and set them up again via event based notifications?

yes, if you wan't to use this (I don't suggest to send files and html on notifactions!)
