(SOLVED) Notification tag for original ticket text?

Hi all,

for every email notification to agents I would like it contain a short summary of the original content of the ticket. But it seems it's only possible to include the last update. Is that right? I've checked the tag list http://www.otrs.com/en/open-source/comm ... tion-tags/. I've also tried <OTRS_CUSTOMER_SUBJECT[18] without success.

you can only refer to the last agent or the last customer article but not to the first one
