read the manual and ask your email admin for the settings needed for your server

I have one doubt here. I am getting the notifications from OTRS to my company mail id about topics.
But, Why am not receiving notifications from ORS to my company mail id once created a ticket.

you might not have configured your preferences well, must select notifications that you want to reach in your user preferences on the selected queues in My Queues.
