Product News not displayed

Product News not displayed

Hi all,
i've upgraded from OTRS 3.1.4 to 3.1.11 and now the "Product News" box disappeared!
Even if i check and uncheck the flag in settings i can't see it, i've already tried to disable and re-enable the Module in " Frontend::Agent::Dashboard" / " DashboardBackend###0000-ProductNotify" with no luck.

Please help :)
I don't even know where to start debugging this issue ...

it will appear again if 3.1.12 or 3.2.1 is released

I'm feeling so newbie!
I think i'll throw my 15 yrs old sysadmin expertise out of the window and i'll be catching lullabies in a field ...
