(CLOSED) Tag to return date of agent's last reply?

Hi all,

Is there a tag for an automated response which returns the date of an agent's last reply? i.e "Dear Customer, we haven't received a response from you since our agent contacted you on <INSERT_TAG_HERE>:"

I've looked here http://www.otrs.com/de/open-source/news ... tion-tags/ but the nearest to it I could find was <OTRS_TICKET_Changed> which isn't quite what I need.
