Error selecting services after upgrade to 3.1.11 (from 3.0.x

Hi,

Since we have upgraded to version 3.1.11, we cannot select services as a hierarchical tree. All the services are listed in the same dropdown list . At the same time, we have an error after select any service of this list. The dialog error was attached as image in this post.

do you have any installed packages which affect services and were not updated to a 3.1.x compatible version?

MasterSlave is not for OTRS 3.1

Indeed, I uninstalled the 1.1.2 version. After this, the package manager has detected that version 1.2.8 is available.

OTRSMasterSlave 1.2.8 xxx Includes "Ticket Master/Slave" feature.

I have installed this one, and now the problem has gone, but... because a dependency I had to uninstalled the Multi-Level Service Selection. There it is... the second problem, how can I do to recover this package?

did you restart firefox and deleted all caches in firefox?
