Good morning people,
my doubts and the next.
When my client opens a ticket or my helpdesk opens a ticket for my client, I wonder if the notes you have put in tickets like my customers to receive them by email.
I believe that would facilitate interaction with my client.

use the -Reply- Function of the ticket for interaction with the customer
