[SOLVED]One company - 7 Service Desk

Post by trzcionek »

Hello

In my company I have 7 unit organizations and 7 local Services desk to solve a simple incidents.
I've OTRS only in my location where OTRS has only customers, without relation between customers and groups, services. OTRS dosen't have define customer companies.
I'll want deploy OTRS for every locations but I'd like to each team be able to see only tickets from their location. I would see every tickets from each locations, but agents be able to see only from their location.
What is the simple way to do it?

Queues related to location.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Good idea but agents be able to see all customers in automatic completion (tickets by phone). I would like to all locations can be more separated from each other.

<commercial>My company provides a package called TaggedCustomerUser that enables tagging for customers. The tags are "linked" to roles, so that agents with a given role can only see customers with tags that are linked to the agents role.

But this package works only if you use OTRS as the customer backend.
