On some of the emails, the email id configured in OTRS for a particular queue is marked as bcc. Since post master filter does not provide the bcc filter option aka To and Cc, we are not able to route these emails to appropriate queue. Though i think should we be really acting on bcc-ed tickets, i wanted to understand if there is a way to enable bcc filtering as well using postmaster filters. Please let me know if this is feasible.

You won't get a field called "BCC" because that wouldn't be "blind" anymore (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E-mail). You have to take a look at the mail source code (*not* the ticket sourcecode -> search for "PlainView" in SysConfig) to see what X-...-Field is set, some servers set the X-Envelope-To field. When you have identified the header field (e.g. X-Envelope-To), you have to add it in the SysConfig in Postmaster-Header list.
