Hi,
Running OTRS::ITSM 3.0.6, on a CentOS platform.
We had to revert to a database backup a few days ago, and after that, we're unable to reply to addresses originating from within our domain - e.g. our support system is set up with @thisdomain.com, and requestors from @thisdomain.com cannot be sent mail to! The error message (translated from Norwegian) when opening the reply window is "Cannot send to local adresses".
Anyone have a clue as to how to fix this? I'm fairly new to OTRS, so any hint will help.

That sounds about right. How do I fix it?

Re: Unable to reply to "internal" addresses
Has this got something to do with the "CheckEmailAddresses", "CheckEmailValidAddress" and "CheckEmailInvalidAddress" options in Core, or am I barking up the wrong tree here?
Re: Unable to reply to "internal" addresses
you can not forward to addresses of the OTRS System this is needed and not configurable

Re: Unable to reply to "internal" addresses
Sorry if this question seems a bit dumb - but how can this be? Our solution uses support@ourdomain.com, but of course all internal service requests will come from user@ourdomain.com - so you're saying that the support address has to use another domain than what we normally use?
Re: Unable to reply to "internal" addresses
no, but you can not forward to the support address (or any other address configured in the email settings of OTRS)
